Our New Building
As we move to our new location, our impact will expand from primarily being felt in the Latino community to now also include the larger geographic community in which we will be located.
We are already beginning to plan programs and opportunities to involve the larger community in our work, and serve the needs that exist in that community. This move to a new location will truly transform our organization, the ways we work and the work we are able to do. Our move will allow us a much greater capacity to serve our population and the city through much more efficient operations and programming.
For many of our constituents, we are their primary advocates in the larger community. Therefore, the diversity of staff that we employ is of crucial importance—all of our staff is bilingual, and the mix of native English speakers and native Spanish speakers ensures that we are successful in our role as liaison.
